While we were chatting and arranging their engagement session online, I could have never imagined that I would have the experience of such an amazing and beautiful couple so truly in love with each other right in front of my camera. This gorgeous Lithuanian couple is engaged to be married. He is a soldier, so they are waiting for him to finish his studies and duties. But this situation did not stop them from promising their commitment of love to each other, which is a testament for strong and genuine love they have. They know that time will make their love only stronger and therefore they are not afraid of time passing or of the falling rain that happened to show up during the time of the photo session.

I had the wonderful opportunity of being able to spend ten days in the intriguing and fun nation of Lithuania. There I enjoyed the most amazing weather for most of the days during my stay and the temperatures were pleasantly warm. On the day of the photo shoot, the sky decided to cry its soul out! We had a desire to take a walk around the Trakai castle; however, at some point the rain was so annoying to us and I feared that Vitaute and Erikas would catch a serious cold if we were out in the rain too long. Oh yeah, and try to imagine me running around holding the umbrella over my head and taking photos at the same time - that was a really hilarious scene! :)

Then we decided to warm up a bit and change our outfits after soaking them on a rain. Vitaute had a gorgeous white dress that was done in the style of the 20's, while Erikas was dressed in his army uniform that seemed very fashionable and regal. We decided to go to the Užurtrakis manor, since the elegance and simplicity of the architecture of the manor perfectly suited this fine, classy couple.

Overall, the photos are romantic and the love of the couple is clearly depicted. The castle in the backdrop seems so romantic and timeless, while photos with white manor seems like a real fairytale scene. Architecture, water, and lots of greenery always seem to make engagement pictures so cultured and refined. Vitaute and Erikas will have many good memories for a very long time. :)
